Aquatic Therapy
Physical and occupational therapists take advantage of the beneficial physiological effects of water to provide treatments in a warm pool. Patients improve mobility and strength with less pain.
Community Re-entry for TBI Clients
A multidisciplinary team of professionals assists and treats those recovering from traumatic brain injuries in their transition back to work, school, and home.
Dysphagia Therapy
Videofluoroscopic swallow studies are performed to diagnose and treat swallowing disorders. Therapists work with the patients, caregivers, and physicians to determine the safest diet level, implement compensatory strategies, and instruct on exercise programs.
Hand and Upper Extremity Rehab
Therapist are specially trained to fabricate splints and treat conditions involving hands, elbows, and shoulders that result from cumulative trauma, injury, or the disease process.
Industrial Rehab
The Work Station provides work reconditioning and acute back therapy for injured workers. By recreating the client's work setting, the therapist facilitates a quick and safe return to work.
Low Vision Therapy
A individualized treatment program that enhances the ability of a person with low vision (macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, etc.) to engage independently and safely in self-care, home, and community activities.
Lymphedema Management
Comprehensive program for management of lymphedema which includes exercise, compression bandaging, decongestive massage, and home program education.
Neuro Rehab
Specialized one-on-one treatments are offered for patients after a stroke, or for those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, ALS, Guillian Barre Syndrome, and other related disorders.
Pediatric Therapy
Annual free screenings and specially priced intensive summer programs are offered for school-aged children.
Sports Medicine
State-of-the-art equipment and a team of physical therapists and athletic trainers are on hand to return the injured varsity player or weekend athlete to action as quickly and safely as possible.
