Occupational Therapy

A therapist helps a patient with a dexterity exercise

Evaluation and treatment by a registered occupational therapist identifies specific problems that result from perceptual/cognitive, sensory, gross, and fine motor coordination deficits. The occupational therapist develops a program of therapeutic activities and exercise to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance of those skills essential to leading an independent and productive life.
