Hospice Care
Hospice services are provided by an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, social workers, clergy, home health assistants, and volunteers. Mercy Memorial Hospice of Monroe provides this care for patients with life- limiting illnesses.
Durable medical equipment, medications, and supplies related to the life-limiting illness are paid for under Medicare and Medicaid hospice benefit.
The HomeCare Connection can assist with coordinating a referral for hospice services.
