With only a staff of 25 employees, MMHS’ IT Department ranked #10 in the nation for medium-sized hospitals.

Co-founded in 1961 by Edward J. Gerner and Harold E. Smalley and headquartered in Chicago,Ill., HIMSS is a not-for-profit organization that represents more than 38,000 individual members to provide global leadership for the optimal use of information technology (IT) and computer management systems of healthcare organizations.
