Description:
For individuals interested in receiving assistance to help them quit smoking, Mercy Memorial Hospital offers outpatient Smoking Cessation Counseling classes every week. A doctor’s order is required to enroll.
This is a four-week educational and supportive program to help you quit smoking. Participants meet face-to-face or have one-on-one phone sessions with a counselor once a week for four consecutive weeks.
Nicotine replacement options will be discussed during your counseling sessions in accordance with your doctor’s direction.

Insurance providers may assist with payment for this service. If you are not covered by insurance for this service, a discount may be arranged with our financial counselor.
